Job Purpose:
The Senior Logistics Executive will oversee and coordinate various aspects of supply chain and logistics operations to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of goods. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, managing vendor relationships, optimizing processes, and maintaining high standards throughout the logistics chain. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management, to ensure efficient supply chain management.
2. Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and materials.
3. Develop and implement logistics strategies and best practices to optimize processes and reduce costs.
4. Manage logistics budgets and monitor expenses to align with company financial goals.
5. Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations and standards.
6. Analyze logistical data and metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
7. Lead and manage logistics team members, providing training, coaching, and support as needed.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as procurement, sales, and customer service to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
9. Prepare and submit reports on logistics performance, inventory levels, and overall supply chain effectiveness to senior management.
10. Address and resolve issues related to logistics operations, customer complaints, or supply chain disruptions promptly.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Compile and prepare LMW report for monthly submission.
• Compile and prepare Form E for ACFTA application.
• Strong understanding of logistics regulations, transportation methods, and supply chain processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
