Functional (job responsibilities)
- Manage and executes the campaign for digital products (such as Personal Loan/Financing-i (PLPFi), insurance etc.) for acquisition and drive digital business growth.
- Plan, manages and executes all required deliverables to implement any promotional campaigns in an effective and timely manner to achieve the targets for digital acquisition and business growth.
- Responsible for ongoing monitoring and analysis on campaign performance and tracking competitors' activities. Monitor and analyze performance and competitor product offering to keep abreast of digital products competitiveness in the market (such as PLPFi, insurance).
- Prepare and perform analysis on post campaign performance - via insights to different customer segments, promotional strategies and its effectiveness in driving overall business direction.
- Take lead in the improvisation and penetration of sales channel (digital space, third party platforms, etc) to support overall business growth targets.
- Construct, develop and manage differentiated promotional programs/ campaigns to cater for relevancy and effectiveness across different sales channels and/or customer segments.
- Lead new enhancement projects by working with Product, HLISB, IT and PFS Digital for new initiatives/new product/variation to dial up digital product acquisition, expanding to new sales channels/ target segments and improve customer experience.
- Develop strategy and execution for key customer segments.
- Drive new business ideas by collaborating with other businesses for cross-sell opportunities (portfolio management and expansion).Stay up-to-date and keep abreast of evolving technology and challenger landscape to influence and change new product development, initiatives and channels.
- Work with peers, team members across functional departments to deliver business growth.
- Support the department in marketing of relevant digital products to drive digital business growth.
Education/Qualification- Degree Holder
- Consistent, independent, resourceful at work and is able to manage timelines efficiently.
- Inclusive, able to convince and work well with various of stakeholders.
- Thorough thought through process, strong analytical skills and comfortable with numbers.
- Good command of English, strong business writing skills and formatting.
- Good level of maturity in their approach to work and career.
