Job Descriptions
  • Accountable for all sales activities, promotions, research and reports to achieve sales and marketing targets.
  • Attend to all sales inquiries, including calls, emails, and walk-in customers, providing relevant information about the company’s products.
  • Achieve and maximize sales for all project launches based on planned sales strategies.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet company targets and expand the customer base.
  • Contribute to marketing and planning of the company’s launches by actively participating in group discussions, providing constructive ideas, and giving feedback on current strategies.
  • Provide sales analysis feedback on performance, sales trends, and customer preferences for strategic initiatives.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as directed by management, including ad-hoc tasks.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment and assist with additional tasks as needed.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any field; candidates without formal qualifications but with over 4 years of relevant experience and a proven track record are encouraged to apply.
  • Good PC skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and on a rotation basis; able to perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
  • Own transportation and willing to travel occasionally.
