RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Design and integrate software and hardware to achieve automated DC and RF test solutions in a high-volume test environment.
• Design and develop applications on various test platforms.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to support engineering test projects.
• Document test system and software designs.
• Create test plans, procedures, and reports.
• Conduct test program buyoff activities in the lab and perform basic fail mode analysis.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing and test product development.
• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Electronic Engineering.
• Software development and debugging experience, including experience on ATE Teradyne and LTX platforms.
• Proficiency in C/C++/Visual Basic VBA.
• Experience with test equipment such as RF sources, pulse generators, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, vector network analyzers, power meters, power supplies, and digital multimeters.
• Knowledge of RF testing, including s-parameters, noise figure, power, pulsed power, TOI, and harmonics.
• Familiarity with GPIB, IEEE 488.2, I2C communications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
