Detailed Description

• Coach & mentor team on the Lean or Kaizen process to achieve company goals on lead time improvement & continuous growth targets using appropriate tools and techniques such as DMAIC/DMADV or other lean methodologies.
• Initiate or facilitate the operation team in identifying key areas of improvement, setting goals, and developing action plans aligned with the Lean Operation strategy.
• Organize and facilitate Daily Kaizen Activities, Team Excellence, and other project competitions.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
• Collaborate with other departments on continuous improvement projects by providing technical support and facilitation.
• Report statistics on Lean Six Sigma related KPIs to foster a continuous improvement culture.
• Work with leadership to assess critical value streams, processes, and practices against lean benchmarks, establishing transformation plans based on prioritized gaps for kaizen events/workshops.
• Develop a problem-solving culture at all levels, ensuring proficiency with appropriate techniques.
• Manage Lean or Kaizen improvement projects, ensuring delivery within timelines and budgets, with a focus on cost savings.

  • Preferably 3-5 years of experience in Lean Six Sigma coaching and/or project leadership.
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent experience or certification.
  • Degree in Technology Operations, Business Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Information Technology Management, Operations Management, Data Science, or related fields.
