In-charge of the sales & marketing activities of Industrial, OEM & RENEWABLE in Malaysia.
Principal Responsibilities
Responsible for sales contracts, concluding orders/contracts, administering sales contracts, and collection of payments.
Secure local sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
Identify market potentials, track market trends, and analyze product features for new market niches.
Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans to create market awareness and increase sales.
Review business plans and sales budgets to achieve desired contributions and margins.
Monitor project developments.
Maintain high-level relationships with customers and develop business relationships with external partners.
Provide monthly reports on performance, including sales performance, action plans, order forecasts, market information, environment, and customer service issues.
Position Specification
Education
Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering) or equivalent.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
Prior experience in industrial sales or marketing is required.
