Meet The Team

At Dexcom, we are dedicated to empowering individuals to take control of their health through innovative continuous glucose sensing solutions. We provide game-changing technology to people with diabetes and offer employees the opportunity to do life-changing work. As part of our dynamic team in Malaysia, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our communication strategies, primarily focusing on internal communications, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging within Dexcom Malaysia. The role may also provide guidance and support for external communications when needed – particularly to ensure alignment with internal messaging and brand standards.

Where You Come In

• You will develop and implement effective corporate communication strategies that align with Dexcom’s objectives and enhance our brand presence.
• You will create and manage content for newsletters, intranet, email campaigns, digital signage and other materials specific to the Malaysia region to keep our team informed and engaged.
• You will support the organization of corporate events, town halls, and engagement activities, ensuring smooth execution and impactful messaging.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and develop communications plans.
• You will provide assistance with executive-level communications for senior leaders in the APAC region.
• You will assist in communicating strategies or messages from senior leadership to various stakeholders.
• You will network with senior internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on key messages and campaigns.
• You will monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of communications strategies and initiatives.
• You will contribute to the overall effectiveness and impact of internal communications, supporting the Enterprise team and pitching in as needed.
  
  

What Makes You Successful

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in corporate communications or a related role.
• Strong writing and editing abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in communication tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams, Viva Engage, Sharepoint, etc.).
