Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in technical or engineering field or equivalent experience.
• Lean6Sigma certification is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead team of 8 Manufacturing Engineers (software, mechanical, automation).
• Evaluate Industry 4.0 opportunities and adopt intelligent solutions for facilities, utilities, equipment and enterprise systems.
• Own platform development for automation including production, warehousing and logistics; establish engineering standards for Industry 4.0.
• Develop business cases for proposed investments.
• Lead ME Council and drive best practices and training for Assembly and Weldment.
• Implement Limble CMMS across sites to maximize equipment lifespan and reduce downtime.
• Manage configuration changes and new feature requests.
• Handle major escalations and fix manufacturing process issues.
• Partner to develop global deployment plans.
• Oversee data governance for new technology introductions.
• Enable device connectivity and apply digital tech, big data analytics, machine learning & AI for end-to-end smart manufacturing.
