POSITION SUMMARY:
To support sales activities through quotations, tenders, managing e-platforms for tender submission & e-bidding, handling enquiries from various media & sources, and managing customers’ orders till delivery. The key goal is to meet the needs of the business and customers with efficiency and effectiveness, ultimately achieving customer satisfaction and the customer-centric focus and goals/AOP set by the company.
