Requirement:
- Degree in Engineering Field, preferably Mechanical, Metallurgical, Material, or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience related to project coordination or project management.
- Executives specializing in Sales - Engineering or equivalent.
- Knowledge of steel pipes and material specifications.
- Pleasant personality, people-oriented, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Result-driven, proactive, and a team player.
- Ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, track, manage, and resolve project issues.
- Disseminate project information proactively to all relevant personnel.
- Manage contract scope to ensure only agreed scope is delivered, with changes approved through contract scope management.
- Oversee the overall schedule to ensure work is assigned and completed on time, within budget, and safely.
- Set clear, challenging, and reasonable expectations for team members and hold them accountable, providing performance feedback.
- Execute expediting functions to ensure timely delivery of project materials and services as per contract.
- Participate in kick-off meetings, ensuring contractual terms are understood and fulfilled by all stakeholders.
- Coordinate closely with Production, QA/QC, Logistics, Procurement, and Planning departments on manufacturing progress and material deliveries.
- Ensure proper storage and preservation of materials at the site.
- Submit all required documents and project status updates, including vendor prints and the final Vendor Data Book, to the client timely.
- Perform any other related tasks as assigned.
- Adhere to all Quality, Safety, and Environmental requirements.
- Participate in improvement initiatives related to health, safety, and environmental aspects.
- Support the implementation of IMS goals concerning quality, environmental protection, occupational health and safety, and energy efficiency.
