Position Overview:
The Customer and Pricing Master Data Administrator manages customer data and the pricing process in SAP and SFDC, ensuring business support as well as data consistency and completeness through appropriate updating and standardization of data. This position coordinates activities with other departments, e.g., sales representatives and the back office, ensuring high-quality data creation and maintenance in a quick and effective manner, consistent across the organization and with global standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain customer accounts and all related attributes in SAP and Salesforce (SFDC), enabling quick and efficient sales transactions.
- Update customer master and price master data in SAP, verifying the accuracy of the provided documentation.
- Proficiently read Japanese and utilize in-house systems and MS Office applications to ensure accurate and timely creation and modification of customer accounts and price registrations.
- Understand and adhere to Japanese business practices and regulations.
- Follow established procedures and escalate deviations for guidance and resolution.
- Report to the AGS Coordinator and Japan CDA team.
- Collaborate with Japan Customer Master Administrators.
- Propose and report process improvements and ideas for enhancing SAP and Salesforce functionalities.
- Analyze reported problems and propose solutions.
- Participate in data management activities, including updating and cleaning data.
- Align customer hierarchies with business processes across franchises, including buying groups and KA-specific structures where applicable.
- Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries and errors.
- Prepare cyclical and on-demand reports based on business needs.

- University degree or equivalent.
