About the Team
At Workday, we are expanding the Deal Operations function in the region by setting up a new Team based out of Kuala-Lumpur, Malaysia, that will be supporting our operations across APAC and Japan.About the Role
The focus of this role will be to support our Sales Team and existing Team of Deal Managers: a group of 12 people spread across APAC & Japan who plans, structures, negotiates, the commercial and legal terms of every deal Workday pursues in the region.
Specifically, you will be in charge of performing price calculations, running operational steps, processing and verifying contracts, while ensuring maximum speed at every step of every deal. As an individual contributor, you will work hand in hand with the Deal Managers who are facing the business, and be their partner in ensuring every deal closed with every Workday client is a success for all.
This role is a launchpad for further career steps within the Deal Operation Team, with future opportunities to own deals, work on a broader scope, and drive projects.

About You
Success in the role requires operational excellence (Salesforce), strong calculation and ability to navigate numbers (Microsoft Excel), curiosity to learn, natural people and communication skills, a taste for executing tasks diligently and with precision, and above all a sense of Teamwork.
You like solving business problem, acting quickly to figure out solutions at the cross-road of price, contracts, busines, you are comfortable across languages and culture, your curiosity and ability to learn anything allows you to navigate any situations, and above all you are selfless and prioritize the succes of the Team above all.
Our Approach to Flexible Work
