Job summary

Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. seeks an experienced Applications Engineer to provide technical support for customers in Southeast Asia. The role involves field visits, circuit design, and close collaboration with design, marketing, and sales teams to drive product adoption.

You will develop reference circuits, train customers and engineers, and support IC debugs while working with cross-functional teams. Fluent English and Chinese are required, with a strong bias toward initiative and teamwork.

Qualifications

• MSEE or equivalent with 3+ years’ experience in power management IC related job.
• Experience in AE/FAE or automotive electronics application is a plus.
• Familiar with basic buck/boost/buck-boost topologies.
• With hardware implementation skills.
• Ability to analyze complex analog and power electronic circuits.
• Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills.
• Fluent in Chinese and English.
• Initiative in problem solving; strong sense of responsibility; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and good team spirit, experience on managing or leading team is a plus.
