Job description

Job Summary

The role is accountable for tactical and operational support for production services, across one or more areas of specific platform/domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure maximum service quality and stability through fast and effective response to technical incidents, acting as a catalyst for continuous service improvement.
• Manage the technical resumption of high priority, S@R, medium/high severity incidents, provide end‑to‑end support and implement resolutions within SLA.
• Provide root cause analysis for S@R and medium/high severity issues, ensuring all follow‑up action items are carried out.
• Maintain the stability of the production system; lead second and third level support for problem diagnosis and resolution according to agreed SLAs.
• Manage production‑related changes, releases and rollouts with minimal impact on application stability, including review of dependent changes in surrounding systems, infrastructure and networking.
• Create and update Production Support documentation, including contingency (DR/BCP) documentation and processes.
• Provide inputs to the PSS manager for the monthly dashboard that tracks incident and problem trends, SIP and RCA action items.
• Participate and support cross‑training and knowledge transfer activities within support teams.
• Identify risks in the application, manage mitigation actions, and ensure timely closure of risk and compliance issues in Riskwise (Information Security) and M7 (Operational Risks).
• Provide governance inputs to management through monthly dashboards highlighting incident and problem trends along with SIP and RCA action items.

Other Responsibilities

• Embed company values and conduct within the support team and perform additional responsibilities as assigned under Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures.
