Mattel in Malaysia is seeking a senior finance professional to lead end-to-end financial accounting, reporting, AR, and credit control. You will oversee month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and cash flow forecasting while partnering with regional stakeholders.
Ideal candidates have 7+ years in accounting, experience with Oracle/High Radius, and strong English and Chinese communication. Prior FP&A exposure and US GAAP knowledge are advantages.

This role is responsible for managing end-to-end financial accounting, reporting, accounts receivable, credit control, and financial planning activities. The incumbent will oversee month-end close, financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, cash flow forecasting, and business performance analysis, while partnering with shared services and regional stakeholders. The role also supports audits, SOX compliance, statutory reporting, customer credit management, and process improvement initiatives to ensure strong financial controls and business performance.
