Qualifications

  • 8 years of experience in full set account preparation or 5 years with a Bachelor's degree.
  • Possess own transport and literate in AUTOCOUNT or UBS.

Responsibilities

  • Handle full set accounts in AutoCount until closing accurately and timely.
  • Liaise with external auditors and maintain records for entries.

Job description

REQUIREMENTS

· Certificate or diploma with 8 years’ experience in full set account preparation; OR

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 5 years of full set accounts preparation experience.

· Possess own transport.

· Literate in AUTOCOUNT or UBS, MS Word, and MS Office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Handle full set accounts in AutoCount until closing accurately and timely.

· Liaise with external auditors regarding LHDN submissions.

· Perform day-to-day account transactions and operations.

· Maintain records, documents, and filings to support entries.

· Liaise with company secretary, internal auditors, tax agents, statutory bodies, banks, and financial institutions.

· Prepare timely reports for CEO review.

· Report to CEO & COO.
