Job summary

Une entreprise technologique de premier plan recherche un Ingénieur en Assurance Qualité Fournisseurs. Le candidat idéal a une expérience en ingénierie mécanique ou électronique, avec une solide expertise dans la gestion de la qualité. En tant que responsable de l'assurance qualité des pièces fournies, vous serez chargé de l'implémentation de stratégies d'amélioration continue et du suivi des KPI de qualité. Des certifications telles que VDA 6.3 et Six Sigma sont un plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en ingénierie mécanique ou électronique.
• Expérience en gestion de la qualité ou gestion des fournisseurs.
• Connaissance basique en méthodologie d'audit.

Responsibilities

• Introduire et maintenir des mesures pour assurer la qualité des pièces fournies.
• Suivre les déviations de qualité et appliquer les analyses de cause racine.
• Collecter et évaluer les KPI de qualité des fournisseurs.

Job Description

• Supplier Quality Assurance: Introduce and maintain measures to ensure the quality of supplied parts and services, and develop organizational skills and competencies.
• Continuous Improvement: Support improvement processes through internal audits, on-site assessments, benchmarking, and best practice sharing.
• Supplier Management: Track quality deviations, enforce root cause analysis, and implement countermeasures to meet quality requirements.
• Strategy Implementation: Implement preferred supplier and component strategies, lead supplier improvement programs, and align targets with business and quality goals.
• Data and KPI Management: Collect and evaluate supplier quality KPIs, issue performance reports, and track target fulfillment and quality-related costs.
• Compliance and Audits: Perform process audits, ensure compliance with IATF and VDA standards, and apply lessons learned.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience within the company, with a focus on Mechanical or Electronic engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in quality management / supplier quality management.
• Basic knowledge in audit methodology such as ISO 9001, VDA 6.3 & IATF 16949.
• Knowledge in plastic raw part manufacturing processes (Eg: Injection Molding process) or semi-conductor is an added advantage
• Strong technical skills in mechanical engineering, electronic engineering, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
• VDA 6.3 Certified Auditor / Six Sigma will be an added advantage.
