Job summary

The Developer at The eCEOs will design and implement software according to design requirements, ensure code quality and adherence to standards, and deliver modules on schedule. The role focuses on developing robust backend and frontend components, applying best practices, and contributing to documentation.

Collaborating with team leads and analysts, you will participate in requirements reviews, peer reviews, and performance optimizations while adhering to security guidelines and project

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years related experience required.
• Proficient in SQL (Sybase); FIORI UI5 will be preferred.
• Experience in full stack frontend/backend development.
• Good knowledge on application security will be added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyse process/program specifications and translate to program codes per guidelines.
• Translate functional requirements into application design using established methodologies.
• Develop unit test packages and document results to ensure quality.
• Assist in integration, system testing, and UAT to fix issues for production.
• Prepare and maintain up-to-date system documentation.
• Ensure codes comply with security guidelines.
• Perform performance optimizations.

The Developer is responsible to develop software based on design requirements and ensure software and subroutines are working to specification, program codes have conformed to standards and are delivered with quality meeting schedule and requirements.

Job Description

Project Delivery

• ·Analyse process/program specifications & translate specifications to program codes, conforming to program guidelines and programming best practices
• ·Analyse functional requirements to translate into application design using established design methodologies and guidelines
• ·Make changes to configurable items, which include hardware, software, documentation, etc. It covers configuration management planning, configuration identification, configuration controls & audits
• ·Develop unit test package, execute tests & document test results to ensure the quality of the program
• ·Assist in the integration testing, system testing, User Acceptance Test (UAT) & implementation activities to fix the reported problems/bugs of the system to ensure the smooth execution of programs in the production environment
• ·Investigate all reported problems/errors & initiate amendments & testing so that the system can operate correctly & efficientlyS
• ·Prepare & maintain up-to-date system documentation.
• ·Ensure codes comply with security guidelines
• ·Should be good in Performance optimizations

Teamwork

• ·Work with team lead to ensure design and programme codes conform to architecture and design standards, and that design satisfies functional and system requirements
• ·Participate in requirements gathering; work with Business Analysts in reviewing and refining functional specifications
• ·Participate in peer reviews to improve project quality
• ·Builds professional relationships with team members and clients, to ensure delivery of proposed solutions

Basic Qualifications:
