Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in inventory management or materials handling in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage priorities.
• Knowledge of sputter target specifications and sputter manufacturing processes.
• Experience with quality control procedures and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain accurate inventory records for Sputter Targets and related materials using inventory management systems.
• Conduct systematic Sputter Target Life assessments (Set Value and Present Value) to optimize Target utilization and operational efficiency.
• Execute rigorous quality inspections and testing of Sputter Targets to guarantee compliance with specifications and performance standards.
• Organize and supervise proper storage and handling of Sputter Targets in strict compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Prepare Sputter Bill of Material documentation and maintain precise records of all material movements, inspections, and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with production teams to forecast material requirements and maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Perform systematic maintenance checks on storage equipment and material handling systems.
• Analyze inventory data and generate comprehensive performance reports to identify trends and critical areas for improvement.
• Guarantee all work is executed in strict accordance with company safety protocols and industry standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying operational inefficiencies and recommending substantive solutions.
