Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain strict control of accurate inventory records for Sputter Targets and related materials using inventory management systems.
• Conduct systematic Sputter Target Life assessments (Set Value and Present Value) to optimize Target utilization and operational efficiency.
• Execute rigorous quality inspections and testing of Sputter Targets to guarantee compliance with specifications and performance standards.
• Organize and supervise proper storage and handling of Sputter Targets in strict compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Prepare Sputter Bill of Material documentation and maintain precise records of all material movements, inspections, and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with production teams to forecast material requirements and maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Perform systematic maintenance checks on storage equipment and material handling systems.
• Analyze inventory data and generate comprehensive performance reports to identify trends and critical areas for improvement.
• Guarantee all work is executed in strict accordance with company safety protocols and industry standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying operational inefficiencies and recommending substantive solutions.

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and organized Sputter Target Management Technician to join our team in Penang, Malaysia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring efficient operations of sputter target materials in our semiconductor manufacturing facility. You will work closely with production teams to support our operational excellence and maintain strict compliance with safety and quality protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain strict control of accurate inventory records for Sputter Targets and related materials using inventory management systems
• Conduct systematic Sputter Target Life assessments (Set Value and Present Value) to optimize Target utilization and operational efficiency.

Required :

• 2-3 years of experience in inventory management, materials handling, or a related technical role within a manufacturing or semiconductor environment
• Physical and mental stamina to manage daily operational tasks and maintain consistent performance

Preferred :

• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage competing priorities
• Proficiency with inventory management systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities

Skilss :

• Knowledge of Sputter Target specifications and Sputter manufacturing processes
• Experience with quality control procedures and documentation practices
• Proficiency in data entry and basic data analysis
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively with cross‑functional teams
• Key performance indicators : Disk per target & target utilization
