Al-Ikhsan Sports Sdn Bhd (Retail) invites applications for a Retail Sales Associate role in Kedah. You will greet customers, assist with product selection, and drive sales through proactive service and upselling. Maintain knowledge across footwear, apparel, and equipment and ensure merchandise is well-presented and stocked.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Retail or sales experience preferred (sports retail a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about sports, fitness and customer service.
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays and rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with product selection based on their needs and preferences.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and upselling.
• Maintain product knowledge across footwear, apparel and equipment.
• Ensure merchandise is well-presented, properly tagged, and adequately stocked.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in stock management, replenishment and inventory counts.
• Maintain store cleanliness and tidiness according to company standards.
• Provide feedback on customer trends and suggestions for improvement.
