Job summary

Al-Ikhsan Sports Sdn Bhd is seeking a store associate to assist customers with product choices and ensure a seamless shopping experience. You will contribute to meeting sales targets through proactive selling and upselling, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of footwear, apparel and equipment.

Responsibilities include presenting well-stocked merchandise, handling cash accurately, supporting stock management, and keeping the store clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with product selection based on needs and preferences.

• Ensure merchandise is well-presented, properly tagged, and adequately stocked.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in stock management, replenishment, and inventory counts.
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the store in accordance with company standards.
• Provide feedback on customer trends and suggestions for improvement.
