Al-Ikhsan Sports Sdn Bhd (Retail) is looking for a customer-focused Sales Associate to greet and assist customers with product selection and to reach individual and store sales targets through proactive selling.

You will maintain product knowledge across footwear, apparel, and equipment, ensure merchandise is well-presented and stocked, handle cash, participate in stock counts, and contribute to a positive team environment with a strong brand focus.

Formación

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred; sports retail is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about sports, fitness and customer service.
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays and rotational shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers with product selection based on needs and preferences.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and upselling.
• Maintain product knowledge across footwear, apparel and equipment.
• Ensure merchandise is well-presented, properly tagged, and adequately stocked.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in stock management, replenishment, and inventory counts.
• Maintain store cleanliness and tidiness in accordance with company standards.
• Provide feedback on customer trends and suggestions for improvement.
• Uphold the brand image and deliver a consistent customer experience aligned with AL-IKHSAN SPORTS values.
