Al-Ikhsan Sports Sdn Bhd (Retail) is hiring a retail associate in Malaysia's Perak region to engage customers, advise on product choices, and drive sales. The role requires strong communication, a passion for sports, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

You will gain hands-on experience across footwear, apparel and equipment while ensuring shelves are well-presented, stock is topped up, and the store reflects the brand's values. Weekend and holiday shifts are expected.

Formación

• SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Retail or sales experience preferred, sports retail a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about sports and customer service.
• Positive attitude, team player, results-driven.
• Willing to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers with product selection.
• Achieve sales targets through proactive selling and upselling.
• Maintain product knowledge across footwear, apparel and equipment.
• Ensure merchandise is well-presented and adequately stocked.
• Handle cash transactions accurately.
• Participate in stock management and inventory counts.
• Maintain store cleanliness and tidiness.
• Provide feedback on customer trends and improvements.
• Uphold brand image and deliver consistent customer experience.
