As a Sports Advisor, your role is to ensure all customers leave our stores satisfied. Responsibilities

• To Customers

Welcome customers professionally.

Ensure customer satisfaction by providing suitable solutions for returns, complaints, and checkout processes.

Know the technical features of Decathlon products and their benefits to recommend appropriate products and services.

Build relationships with customers both in-store and online to understand their needs better.

Share sports passion and help customers explore new sports.

Encourage loyalty card subscriptions to enhance customer information.

Understand departmental goals and work with the team to achieve them.

Promote innovation and sports experiences in-store.

Use resources and commercial tools to boost sales.

Arrange store layout according to guidelines to ensure a satisfying shopping environment.

Maintain stock accuracy and availability using the automatic replenishment system.

Enforce safety and security standards.

Know and implement fire safety and evacuation procedures.

Profile

Requirements

Students or individuals seeking part-time employment are encouraged to apply.

Hourly rate: RM13.56

Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential; additional languages are a plus.

Minimum qualification: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
