1. To Customers

• Welcome customers professionally.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing suitable solutions for returns, complaints, and checkout.
• Know the technical features and benefits of Decathlon products to offer appropriate recommendations.
• Develop customer relationships both in-store and online.
• Pass on sports passion and help customers discover new sports.
• Encourage loyalty card subscriptions to enhance customer information.

1. To Decathlon Malaysia

• Align with departmental ambitions and work with the team to achieve them.
• Promote innovation and enhance the sports experience in store.
• Utilize resources and commercial tools to maximize sales.
• Arrange store layout according to implantation principles and guidelines.
• Create high-quality store layouts based on the Satisfied Customer Family (FCS) concept.
• Maintain store layout for visual appeal and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure stock accuracy and availability using the automatic replenishment system.

1. For Safety of People and Goods

• Enforce safety and security standards within the department.
• Know and implement fire safety and evacuation procedures.

1. Development and Skills Enhancement

• Participate in training sessions and develop skills to become a trainer.

Requirements
