As a Sports Advisor, your role is to ensure all customers leave our stores satisfied. Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service
2. Welcome customers professionally.
3. Commit to customer satisfaction by providing suitable solutions for returns, complaints, and checkout processes.
4. Know the technical features and benefits of Decathlon products to recommend appropriate products and services.
5. Develop a network of customers both in-store and online to better understand their needs and establish personal relationships.
6. Passionately share sports knowledge and help customers discover new sports.
7. Encourage customers to subscribe or register for the loyalty program to enhance customer information.

2. Responsibilities to Decathlon Malaysia

1. Align with the department's goals and collaborate with the team to achieve them.
2. Promote innovation and sports experiences in-store.
3. Increase sales using available resources and commercial tools.
4. Arrange the store layout following implantation principles and guidelines.
5. Create high-quality store layouts based on the Satisfied Customer Family (FCS) concept.
6. Maintain an appealing store layout to ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Ensure stock accuracy and availability using the automatic replenishment system.

3. Safety of People and Goods

1. Enforce basic safety and security standards within the departments.
2. Understand and implement fire safety and evacuation procedures.

4. Development and Skills Enhancement

1. Participate in training sessions and develop training skills.
2. Potentially become a trainer to share knowledge with colleagues.
