Your Responsibilities:

1. To Customers
   • Welcome customers professionally.
   • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues such as returns, complaints, and checkout efficiently.
   • Know the technical features and benefits of Decathlon products to recommend suitable products and services.
   • Build customer relationships both in-store and online to understand their needs better.
   • Share your passion for sports and help customers discover new sports activities.
   • Encourage customers to subscribe or register for the loyalty program to enhance customer information.
2. To Decathlon Malaysia
   • Align with departmental goals and collaborate with the team to achieve them.
   • Promote innovation and enhance the in-store sports experience.
   • Increase sales using available resources and tools.
   • Arrange the store layout according to guidelines to ensure a pleasant shopping environment.
   • Maintain high-quality store presentation based on Customer Satisfaction principles.
   • Ensure stock accuracy and availability through the automatic replenishment system.
