As a Sports Advisor, your role is to ensure all customers leave our stores satisfied. From a friendly welcome to an efficient checkout, your goal is to deliver a 5-star shopping experience. 1. To Customers

• Welcome customers professionally.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing suitable solutions for returns, complaints, and checkout processes.
• Educate customers on omni-channel brand offerings and product range.
• Know the technical features and user benefits of Decathlon products to recommend appropriate products and services.
• Develop a network of customers both in-store and online to establish personal relationships.
• Pass on sports passion and help customers discover new sports.
• Encourage subscription/registration for loyalty programs to enhance customer information.
• Participate in sports-related community events nearby.

• Align with departmental goals and collaborate with the team to achieve them.
