Responsibilities:

1. To Customers

• Welcome customers professionally.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and find suitable solutions for issues like returns, complaints, and checkout.
• Know the technical features and benefits of Decathlon products to recommend appropriate products and services, even if they are not in stock.
• Develop a network of in-store and online customers to understand their needs and build personal relationships.
• Passionately share sports knowledge and help customers explore new sports.
• Encourage customers to subscribe or register for the loyalty card to enhance customer information.

• Understand departmental goals and collaborate with the team to achieve them.
• Promote innovation and sports experiences within the store.
• Increase sales by effectively using resources and commercial tools.
• Arrange the store layout according to implantation principles and guidelines.

• Maintain an attractive store layout to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Implement basic safety and security standards within the store.
