Responsibilities:

1. To Customers

• Welcome customers professionally.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing suitable solutions for returns, complaints, checkout, etc.
• Know the technical features and benefits of Decathlon products to recommend appropriate products and services.
• Build relationships with customers both in-store and online to understand their needs better.
• Passionately share sports knowledge and help customers discover new sports.
• Encourage customers to subscribe or register for the loyalty program to enhance customer information.

• Align with the department's goals and work with the team to achieve them.
• Promote innovation and sports experiences in-store.
• Maximize sales using available resources and tools.
• Arrange the store layout according to implantation principles and guidelines.
• Create high-quality store displays based on the Satisfied Customer Family (FCS) concept.
• Maintain attractive store layouts to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure stock accuracy and availability through the automatic replenishment system.

For Safety of People and Goods

• Enforce safety and security standards in the store.
• Follow safety procedures, including fire safety and evacuation protocols.

Development and Skills Enhancement

• Participate in training programs and develop training skills to become a trainer.
