As a Sports Advisor (Sales), your role is to ensure all customers leave our store satisfied. From a friendly welcome to a quick checkout, you will deliver a 5-star shopping experience. Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service

• Welcome customers professionally.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues such as returns, complaints, and checkout efficiently.
• Educate customers on omni-channel brand offerings and product features.
• Know the technical details and benefits of products to recommend suitable options.
• Build relationships with customers both in-store and online.
• Share your sports passion and help customers discover new sports.
• Encourage loyalty program registration to enhance customer data.
• Participate in community sports events nearby.

2. Supporting Decathlon Malaysia

• Align with departmental goals and collaborate with the team to achieve them.
• Promote innovation and sports experiences in-store.
• Use resources and tools to maximize sales.
• Arrange the store layout following implantation principles.
• Maintain high-quality store presentation to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure stock accuracy and availability using the replenishment system.
• Raise awareness about Decathlon Connect among stakeholders.

3. Safety and Security

• Enforce safety and security standards in the store.
• Know and implement fire safety and evacuation procedures.
• Follow security protocols to prevent shrinkage.
• Adhere to product safety policies, including traceability and expiry dates.

4. Personal Development

• Manage personal and training development plans.
• Participate in training sessions and develop coaching skills.
• Assist in developing team skills under leadership guidance.
