Your role

Key responsibilities include:

• Welcoming customers professionally and ensuring their satisfaction through effective solutions for returns, complaints, and checkout.
• Understanding technical features and benefits of Decathlon products to recommend appropriate items.
• Building customer relationships both in-store and online, encouraging loyalty card subscriptions.
• Sharing sports passion and helping customers discover new sports.
• Collaborating with the team to achieve departmental goals and promote innovation in-store.
• Maintaining store layout and stock accuracy using the automatic replenishment system.
• Enforcing safety and security standards, including fire safety and evacuation procedures.
• Participating in training and developing skills to become a trainer.

About you
