Job description

Mission

1. Cover the warehouse operations in regards to Inbound activities to ensure on-time and accurate receiving of orders.
2. Check incoming orders and plan/organize container delivery from the port to Warehouse.
3. Prepare the necessary tools & documents needed to receive shipments.
4. Carry duties in loading and unloading, transferring, sorting, storing, checking, wrapping, and labeling of the incoming goods.
5. Ensure accuracy of inbound goods as stipulated in supporting documents.
6. Ensure the safe and efficient moving and handling of all items during picking, loading, reception, and stocking to avoid any damages or injuries.
7. Ensure all goods received (reception) are neatly arranged with proper segregation (by nature of sports).
8. Complete and update reports by entering required information timely and accurately into the daily panel information.
9. Adopt good housekeeping and overall safety practices to achieve a well-organized, optimized space utilization, and safe working environment.
10. Monitor stock on hand and investigate the root cause of stock discrepancies reported by internal customers and initiate corrective action.
11. Work closely with other teammates and manager to ensure daily activities are completed without delay and to carry out day-to-day activities systematically.
12. Operate reach-truck and pallet runner.
13. Complete ad-hoc missions and activities in the warehouse.
