Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Speech-Language Therapist (SLT) to deliver comprehensive assessment and intervention for paediatric and geriatric clients, focusing on speech, language, communication and swallowing skills within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

You will develop individualised treatment plans, monitor progress, educate parents and caregivers on therapy goals, provide home programmes, and maintain accurate, confidential clinical records to ensure the highest standard of client

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive speech, language, communication and swallowing assessment and intervention services for paediatric and geriatric clients.
• Develop individualised treatment plans, monitor client progress and coordinate with families, caregivers and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal clinical outcomes.
• Educate parents and caregivers on clients' conditions and therapy goals.
• Provide home programmes and practical strategies to support progress.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records.
• Ensure proper documentation and confidentiality of client information.
