Recommend preventive and corrective measures for incidents

Suggest therapy based on evaluation of patients’ needs

Create accurate documentation and reporting for all patient visits

Delegate duties to support personnel as appropriate

Maintain communication with staff and outside agencies per state guidelines

Requirements
