Job summary

RWS is seeking Speech AI Evaluation Specialists in Malaysia to support the evaluation of AI-generated content. This freelance, remote role offers flexible hours and the chance to contribute to real-world AI safety and quality control.

You'll participate in voice interactions with AI models, follow guided prompts, and rate responses based on relevance, accuracy, and clarity. Ideal for students, part-timers, or gig workers seeking extra income.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Vietnamese.
• English proficiency at Fluent to C2 (B2–C2).
• Experience with AI data tasks or data quality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in short voice conversations with AI models using a designated platform.
• Follow provided scenarios and prompts during interactions.
• Evaluate AI responses for relevance, accuracy, clarity, and quality.
• Provide objective ratings and feedback per project guidelines.
• Complete tasks within defined quality and productivity targets.

What we’re looking for:

• English Proficiency: Fluent or advanced proficiency in English (levels B2-C2)
• AI & Data Capabilities (Preferred): Experience in one or more of the following areas: machine learning tasks, data collection and preprocessing, data evaluation and quality assurance, and data annotation and labeling.
