Job summary

RWS is seeking Speech AI Evaluation Specialists in Malaysia to work remotely on a freelance basis. You will engage in short voice conversations with AI models, follow prompts, and evaluate responses for quality.

The role is part-time with flexible hours, immediately start, and offers hourly pay. Ideal candidates are native Vietnamese speakers with strong English skills (B2-C2) and some experience in ML/data tasks or annotation.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Vietnamese.
• Fluent to advanced English (B2-C2).
• Experience in ML tasks, data collection/preprocessing, data evaluation/QA, or data labeling.

Responsibilities

• Participate in short voice conversations with AI models on a designated platform.
• Follow provided scenarios and prompts during interactions.
• Evaluate AI responses for relevance, accuracy, clarity and quality.
• Provide objective ratings and feedback per project guidelines.
• Complete tasks within established quality and productivity expectations.

What we’re looking for:

• AI & Data Capabilities (Preferred): Experience in one or more of the following areas: machine learning tasks, data collection and preprocessing, data evaluation and quality assurance, and data annotation and labeling.
