Responsibilities:

• Monitor, maintain, and manage Servers and Infrastructure services, including Anti-virus systems, Databases, Active Directory, Exchange Mail, File services, Terminal Services, IT Scanning, and web servers.
• Ensure servers are designed appropriately based on Availability and Capacity plans, with suitable performance and uptime to meet Service Level Agreements.
• Participate in the design, implementation, and enhancement of server and Infrastructure services setup and configuration.
• Monitor server and infrastructure services, manage event logs, and take remedial actions as needed.
• Prepare capacity and availability trend reports for analysis.
• Design and implement routine housekeeping procedures and monitor system and service logs.
• Ensure backup operations are executed successfully, periodically verify backup integrity, and restore data from backups when required.
• Design and manage batch job routines, schedule jobs optimally, and handle failed batch jobs.
• Manage print queue routines.
• Review, modify, or create related documents such as SOPs, RCAs, KBs, etc.
• Ensure all supported servers comply with Group IT security requirements.
• Install, configure, and provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for incidents, service requests, and root cause analysis related to Infrastructure Systems.
