Job description

To monitor and ensure that all employees and individuals comply with all applicable IFX or MAL rules and regulations within the company premises.

Job Description

In your new role you will:

1. Protect IFX or MAL business, employees' property, and data.
2. Closely supervise subordinates and/or appointed security service providers to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
3. Perform periodic security risk assessments to identify potential threats or risks, and implement necessary mitigation and precautionary measures.
4. Respond to any complaints or reports received and update the Security Operations Manager or Head of Department.
5. Ensure all security and hardware systems are in good working condition and report any damages promptly.
6. Secure all entrance and access points, and ensure facilities are properly controlled and monitored.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

1. Bachelor's Degree in any field with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
2. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Strong leadership skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
5. Data-driven decision-making skills.
