Job description

Provide efficient operational and administrative support to the Manager and Team Lead to ensure the delivery of HR transactional and operational services in accordance with HR policies and procedures, maintaining high quality and timeliness.

Job Description

In this role, you will:

  • Perform data entry and maintenance activities for the Global Master Data System (GMDS), including updates on payments, deductions, leave, and claims management.
  • Prepare and maintain HR data reports and statistics for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Carry out routine administrative tasks to ensure HR processes are completed accurately, promptly, and in line with established procedures.
  • Validate data periodically and ensure accurate entry into HR systems.
  • Support employees on Rewards and Benefits topics, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Manage internal customer requests (managers, employees, HR) via the HR ticketing system professionally, respecting data privacy.
Your Profile

You are suited for this role if you have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or professional qualification in any field, preferably in Human Resources.
  • Hands-on knowledge and skills in HR systems, especially GMDS.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to promptly inform the Manager of potential issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
