Role

The Day-To-Day Activities

This role involves managing the Site Database and preparing the Network Coverage Plot. It also supports Proof of Concept activities for new technologies, products, and features.

Key Accountabilities

• Generate Mobile Network Coverage Plot
• Manage and maintain site databases to ensure data integrity and availability
• Identify new RAN technologies and solutions, and conduct proof of concept (POC) for new technologies, products, or features
• Track the lifecycle of equipment and software from acquisition to disposal
• Design and manage IP addresses for RAN Equipment

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in the Telco industry
• Basic understanding of RF principles and 4G/5G network architecture
• Experience with RF design and planning tools like Asset/Atoll, Mapinfo, etc.
• Basic understanding of IP address design and Telco network architecture
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including macro development; knowledge of automation tools like Power Automate and Python is an advantage
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination and communication with teams
