Job description

We're looking for a highly motivated and tech-savvy Mobile Specialist to join our Managed Mobile team. As a key player in our global team, you'll be responsible for providing operational support for mobile device configuration-related issues. Your expertise will help us drive innovation and excellence in our Mobile Device Management (MDM).

Job Description

As a Mobile Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert for resolving complex technical issues related to mobile device configurations. Your passion for staying up-to-date with the latest developments in iOS and macOS will ensure our mobile devices are always running smoothly. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and requirements for mobile device configuration enhancements, and contribute to a shared knowledge database to help us stay ahead of the curve.

In your new role you will:

  1. Provide 3rd-level support for Managed Mobile-related tasks, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
  2. Identify and alert the mobile infrastructure team to unusual incidents, ensuring prompt action and minimizing downtime.
  3. Create regular reports providing valuable insights.
  4. Collaborate with the IT Service Desk and Workplace (WP) Onsite Teams to improve the support process and enhance the user experience, driving customer satisfaction.
  5. Contribute to a shared knowledge database, sharing your expertise and helping to build a culture of knowledge-sharing and collaboration.
  6. Handle application requests, including testing, deployment, and maintenance of software applications within our Infineon App Store, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / or any equivalent course.
  • A passion for mobile device management and a strong understanding of iOS and macOS.
  • Excellent technical skills, with experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and team members.
  • A proactive and solution-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt, staying up-to-date with the latest developments in mobile device management.
