About The Role

Job Description:

• Responsible to ensure all required management reporting and analysis are provided to local business units timely, accurately and in accordance with the Group’s reporting procedures.
• Support local business units in the management reporting process and perform timely analytical review on the management reports.
• Ensure information complies with Group standards for both financial and management reporting.
• Support local business unit on management reporting related initiatives and coordinate with various departments in Group Office (if required) on rolling out of the initiatives.
• Responsible to update Training Materials (TM) as and when new enhancement identified, implemented and communicated.
• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor to meet management reporting and/or other requirements.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years and above of experience in financial reporting related field in an MNC
• Experience in a shared services or similar environment providing reporting and analysis services to external/internal stakeholders
• University Degree in accountancy or Accounting Professional Qualification (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, CIMA, MICPA)
• Currently pursuing Internationally Recognized Accounting Qualification (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, CIMA, MICPA)

Specific Skills:

• Knowledge of accounting standards and principles
• Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word
• Knowledge in the preparation of management and financial reports and analysis
• Knowledge of how the SAP, Business Intelligence and data management tools, Power BI and familiar with using the systems is an added advantage.
