Job description

Inside Sales Account Management is responsible for driving sales, building relationships, and managing multiple accounts while working remotely by default (in-person customer engagement only when necessary). If you're passionate, driven, and proficient with digital channels, then this is the job for you!

Job Description
In your new role you will:

  • Conduct research on leads, develop understanding of prospect needs, and actively develop opportunities both inbound and outbound
  • Manage opportunities through remote channels (e.g., virtual demos, video conferencing with remote Field Application Engineers (FAE)), and should have the ability to switch to in-person when required (e.g., FAE support)
  • Prepare quotes and price negotiations
  • Be responsible for design-win, business-win, and revenue for relevant customers
  • Build and maintain customer relationships and loyalty remotely
  • Be in charge of the validation and qualification of customer cross/upsell potential
  • Prioritize day-to-day activities & prep customer interactions based on data & analytics
  • Update sales management systems for core activities (e.g.: CRM)
  • Take over ownership of accounts and managing stakeholder communications


Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Korean, both oral and written.
  • A degree in Economics, Business Administration, Electrical or Industrial Engineering or a related field
  • 1-3 years of relevant working experience in Sales and Marketing in a global environment. Fresh graduate with Korean language proficiency will be considered.
  • Strong Interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Profound Account Management skills
  • Effective time management skills and ability to multitask
  • Remote selling experience and analytical skills
