Job Description

In your new role you will:

1. Responsible for providing 2nd and 3rd level support to Procurement applications.
2. Responsible for coordinating, aligning, and configuring IT-relevant settings of Procurement applications.
3. Accountable for coordinating technical releases and upgrades of the Procurement portal.
4. Analyze and discuss complex requirement specifications with the Procurement department and other IT departments.
5. Drive IT projects/project work packages and support project activities (Testing, cutover migration, Go live, and Hypercare).

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor's in Computer Science /Information Technology or equivalent course.
• Experience in IT as a Business Analyst/software development, or application support.
• Experience with Procurement solutions or processes, particularly in supplier lifecycle management and sourcing, e.g., Coupa, Ivalua, which will be an advantage.
• Experience in working on IT projects and/or consulting.
