Introduction

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Specialist HRSS to join the team in providing the best-in-class employee experience, with a strong focus on onboarding, new employee orientation (NEO) and payment requests for GF employees in the APAC region. You will be tasked to perform transactions for a supported service area in a region, developing solutions to manage the service processes aligned with established practices, policies, and/or laws.

Your Job

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, HR business partners, other internal stakeholders for onboarding and offboarding procedures.
  • New Employee Orientation (NEO): Manage and execute the end-to-end global NEO program, from yearly planning and scheduling to actual day facilitation. This includes sending communications to new hires and managers, coordinating with IT for assets, preparing welcome kits and conducting orientation activities.
  • Learning & Development (L&D) Admin: Provide comprehensive administrative support for various L&D initiatives, including internal, external, and virtual instructor-led training. This involves managing registrations, tracking attendance, and compiling session feedback for analysis.
  • Logistics & Event Coordination: Arrange all logistical aspects for both onboarding and training events. This includes booking facilities, coordinating with caterers, preparing training materials, and ensuring a seamless experience for participants.
  • Payment Request Processing: Handle procurement and payment processes for L&D services. This includes raising purchase requests, processing invoices and managing reimbursement claims for employees in SAP Ariba/Oracle.
  • Offboarding Support: Manage and conduct exit clearance procedures for departing employees and retrieve company assets and properties during offboarding.
  • Support and contribute to HR process improvement initiatives and regional/global HR projects as and when required.
  • Support HR audits, compliance, and regulatory reporting activities.
  • Prioritize and manage one’s workload to meet critical deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with all processes and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Management or in related fields.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in Human Resources function or related fields.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications and HRIS.
  • Preferably with prior working experience using Workday, SAP Ariba or Oracle systems.
  • Preferably with prior working experience in a HR Shared Services function supporting APAC region.
  • Excellent communication, time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with all levels of staff as well as with customers.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Meticulous and good team player.
