Qualifications

You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here, we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role, as part of a job rotation opportunity, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

  1. Transactional backend processing, including data entry into the SAP system for employee personal details.
  2. Data entry related to Employee Movements, such as new hires, transfers, and terminations.
  3. Transactional processing of Employee leave and Overtime data.
  4. Working with Excel sheets and data entry into the SAP System.
  5. Transactional data analysis and maintenance in Workday & SAP systems for employee compensation packages, including incentives, benefits, allowances, perks, and bonuses.
  6. Payroll Administration:
  7. Running payroll via SAP system.
  8. Reconciliation work with PDA and Time & Attendance teams to ensure payroll reports reflect the correct monthly salary and remuneration.

Requirements:

  • A diploma/degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience is advantageous (e.g., SSC background, HR generalist, HR Services).
  • Experience with SAP / Workday is a plus.
  • Willing to be based in Georgetown, Penang.
