Specialist HR Masterdata & Analytics HR Innovation Lab
Your Responsibilities
  • Dedicated Specialist in the discipline of Data, Processes & Tools to support the Group function with a focus on HR analytics and reporting, and to handle different HR IT projects in order to implement the required analytics
  • Support HR Data and analytics strategy, processes and services for AT&S HR
  • Actively support the design of data governance and stewardship to define and improve overall data quality on people topics. Actively Takes care of a project related to improvements of HR tools/ systems and analytics
  • Develop an understanding of business and workforce challenges within and across the various Business Units and regions to identify relevant analytical needs
  • Work on new global HR-IT systems implementation according to HR(-IT) strategy under intensive collaboration with IT
  • Design, establish and maintain meaningful metrics and dashboards in order to monitor HR metrics globally and locally
  • Manage standard and non-standard reporting analytics activities on global level. Ensure harmonized analytics and reporting infrastructure and practices.
  • Participates in special projects in Corporate HR . E.g. SuccessFactors suite design covering analytics needs and additional reporting tools (e.g. SF Stories, SNOW HRSD reporting, PowerBI)
  • Support the Head of Processes & Tools CoE on performing his/her (strategic) CoE duties
Your Profile
  • University degree (Bachelor or Master) in human resources, business administration or related field
  • 4-5 years of HR experience HR Analytics Specialist and knowledge of HR IT landscapes and implementation
  • (HR experience in a global environment including Implementation of Tools, Analytics project management and knowledge of HR IT landscapes and implementation)
  • Very strong Change and Project Management skills
  • Very strong IT skills and deep understanding of HR IT
  • Understanding of HR Processes & Tools
  • Understanding of IT systems landscape
  • Business analytics capabilities and analytical thinking
  • Fluent English communication proficiency both verbal and written
  • Close collaboration with HR BPs (Group function & BUs), local HR, Business and business project leads and with other functions, especially IT, Legal
  • Understanding of IT systems landscape
  • Business analytics capabilities and analytical thinking
  • Intercultural competencies (especially APJ)
