Specialist HR Innovation Lab - System Integration

Your Responsibilities

  • Dedicated Specialist in the discipline of HR & IT Data, Processes & Tools to support the elaboration & implementation of an organization-wide HR system landscape, from ServiceNow to SuccessFactors & SAP HCM, and to provide support on different HR IT projects in order to progress the HR Digitalisation and Innovation Roadmap. Strong emphasis on SuccessFactors EC, LMS & PMGM, and further development of Succession Planning, Compensation & Career path in SuccessFactors
  • Support the definition of AT&S HR digital strategy in close alignment with Group Function IT
  • Responsible to define and manage HR technology portfolio
  • Analyse and evaluate HR IT trends, determine and drive the strategy and execution to implement AT&S digitalisation strategy and corresponding HR IT projects
  • In close alignment with Group Function IT, ensure HR Innovation Lab and the Global HR Business Services meet company and international standards for security, compliance and data privacy
  • Be the HR technology champion and functional owner of global HR systems such as SuccessFactors and all its modules, ServiceNow, SAP HCM etc
  • Optimize and digitize HR processes in close collaboration with the respective HR process owners
  • Support the Head of HR Innovation Lab CoE on performing his/her (strategic) CoE duties


Your Profile

  • University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Information Technology, ideally with focus on human resources, business administration or related field
  • 4-5 years of HR experience in a global environment including Implementation of Tools, project management and knowledge of HR IT landscapes and implementation. Ideally extensive previous experience with ServiceNow HRSD product ownership
  • Very strong HR technology and innovative IT system landscapes skills
  • Very strong IT skills and deep understanding of HR IT
  • Understanding of HR Processes & Tools
  • Understanding of IT systems landscape
  • Business analytics capabilities and analytical thinking
  • Fluent English communication proficiency both verbal and written
  • Close collaboration with HR BPs (Group function & BUs), local HR, Business and business project leads and with other functions, especially IT, Legal
